Shipping & Returns

Please do not order 2 or 3 day shipping if it is past Wednesday. UPS & FedEx will not deliver to residential areas during the weekend or holidays.

We have 20,000 parts available. We do our best to stock the most popular parts. In a lot of cases parts must be ordered from the manufacturer. In which case we will provide tracking information the moment we receive it.

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. You can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  2. Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clauses below.

2. A1 Stoves gladly accepts returns of any UNUSED AND UNALTERED product within 14 days from date of purchase for a no hassle refund or exchange. We will not accept returns after 14 days. After 14 days if an item becomes defective, the product warranty will be enforced. There is NO return on control boards. PLEASE contact us prior to returning goods to obtain a return authorization number. We WILL NOT accept returns without an RA number on the label. All shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will be placed through the online payment method used for the original purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders (no exceptions). If you exchange the product for one of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived. Be sure all the return criteria mentioned above are met. Please include a copy of your invoice. Shipping charges must be paid by you (Collect shipments will be refused). Refunds on Shipping Charges - If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged items, we will refund shipping charges. Please insure the product for its full value (If any damage or loss occurs during shipping on returns, we cannot assume liability). Note: Sales are final on special order items, such as custom cut glass.

3. Refunds - Upon receipt and inspection of the goods we will issue a refund minus 20% restocking fee OR Original shipping fee.

4. Damages - Please inspect goods immediately. Report any damage and keep all original packaging. Damage MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt.

5. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will NOT apply in the following circumstances:

A. In the event that the product has been used or modified in any way
B. To any products that we have made or customized specifically for you

Free shipping ONLY applies to customers inside the lower 48 states of the USA and may not be available in all rural areas. Free Shipping will be from USPS ONLY. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states includes Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and any other location not defined as a lower 48 state. Note that shipments to locations outside of the USA will incur additional fees and longer shipment times due to customs or other processes beyond our control. Check with your local postal service for more information on customs fees.
